Description
This variety, which was improved in Illinois, USA, has strong trees and a broad crown. It is one of the best in terms of quality among summer apples. It is resistant to black spot and many apple diseases. It is protected from late frosts due to its gradual flowering. It has a low chilling requirement. In extremely hot regions, scald and tissue softening are seen. Despite being early, it has excellent fruit quality. The fruit is showy, medium, and large under good care conditions. The fruit peel has a 70-90% dark red upper color on a green-yellow background. The flesh is crisp and hard-textured and can be stored in cold storage for about 6 weeks. It ripens in mid-July. The fruit has a strong hold on the branch and there is no fruit drop. Its pollinators are; Gala Group, Golden Del. Vista Bella, Jersey Mac.
