It is a very productive variety. The fruit is medium-large, large, round, wide-bellied, narrow towards the stem, cylindrical fruit, long stem, blunt flower. The flesh is crisp, juicy, tart, not suffocating. It has a high table value. As with other quinces, it is sensitive to Fire Blight (Ervinya). It can be stored for 5 months under suitable conditions.
