PINK LADY

Description

It is a very productive variety with semi-upright and strong trees of Australian origin. It grows well on dwarf and semi-dwarf rootstocks. Its fruits are medium-sized and long-cylindrical. The fruit skin is pink on a light yellow background. The fruit reaches a perfect aroma when consumed a few months after harvest. Since the fruit flesh is hard, it is a variety very suitable for transportation and cold storage, and can be stored in cold storage conditions for about 7-8 months without losing its properties. It is harvested 35-40 days after Golden Delicious. Its pollinators are; Gala Group, Granny Smith, Strarkrimson Delicius, Red Delicious, and Fuji varieties.
